HYGIENE & NO-RETURN POLICY
As a clinic-based wellness brand, Bai Cao Tang Wellness upholds 
the highest standards of safety and hygiene. Due to the personal, 
skin-contact nature of our meridian tools — including scalp massage 
combs, gua sha boards, and hair combs — we are unable to accept 
returns or exchanges once a product has been dispatched.

We kindly ask that you carefully review your selection before 
finalising your order. This policy does not affect your statutory 
rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR MISSING ITEMS
If your tracking shows "delivered" but your parcel hasn't arrived, 
or if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us 
within 5 business days of the delivery date.

case. Once confirmed, we'll work with you to find the best
