OVERVIEW
By accessing or purchasing from baicaotangwellness.com.au, you 
agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable 
laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use

PRODUCTS
All products are handcrafted wellness tools made from natural 
Green Sandalwood. Product descriptions and images are as accurate 
as possible; slight natural variations in wood grain and colour 
are inherent to the material and are not considered defects.

PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST. We reserve the 
right to modify prices at any time without notice. Payment must 
be received in full before an order is dispatched.

ORDERS
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our 
discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. 
You will be notified and fully refunded if your order is cancelled 
by us.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and 
product designs — is the property of Bai Cao Tang Wellness and 
may not be reproduced without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Bai Cao Tang Wellness is not liable for any indirect, incidental, 
or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or 
website. Our products are wellness tools and are not intended to

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any 
disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the 
courts of Victoria.
