WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to all states and territories within Australia.

SHIPPING RATES
- Free shipping on all orders over $70 AUD
- Orders under $70 AUD: standard shipping rates apply at checkout
- All prices include GST — no hidden fees or customs charges

DISPATCH TIME
Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of order confirmation.

DELIVERY TIME
Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 7–15 business days 
depending on your location within Australia.

ORDER TRACKING
Full tracking is provided for every order. You will receive a 
tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

DELIVERY ISSUES
If your tracking shows "delivered" but your parcel has not 
arrived, please contact us within 5 business days at 
info@baicaotangwellness.com.au with your order number.
