Keep every movement slow and comfortable. The aim is mobility, coordination and a clear change of pace—not force.
Open & close
Set the screen aside. Slowly open the fingers, then close them into a soft—not clenched—fist. Repeat at an easy pace.
Roll the palm
Place a small rounded roller in one palm. Use the other hand to guide it across the fleshy areas with light, controlled pressure.
Finger pathway
Roll or turn the piece between the fingertips and thumb. Let the movement stay small and smooth as each finger takes a turn.
Pause & return
Hold the object loosely for one slow breath. Notice its weight, texture and warmth before returning to the next task.

Extra supervision is appropriate when sensation is reduced, the hand is tightly clenched, grip is unreliable or dropping the small roller could create a safety risk. The roller itself is not a medical treatment, but it can be a helpful practice object when it fits an individual rehabilitation plan.
